PERSONAL/ERRAND SERVICES

Grocery Shopping:

Shop and Delivery Rates:
Grocery total up to $100.00 = 17% of grocery total + $20.00 delivery fee
Grocery total over $100.00 up to $200.00 = 17% of grocery total + $30.00 delivery fee
Grocery total over $200.00 = 17% of grocery total + $40.00 delivery fee

Personal Errand Runs:
Buy stamps, drop off/pick up mail/packages. We can go to the bank, dry cleaners, pharmacy, video store, your favorite take-out ... you name it!
$27.00 per hour

Bill Paying:
We'll write bills and prepare the envelopes. All you do is sign. We can summarize your statements showing your balances and minimum payments also.
$27.00 per hour

House Sitting:
We will water your plants, check your mail, and turn lights on or off to look like you're home.
$17.00 (per trip)

Line standing:
Car tags, Returns, Etc.
$27.00 per hour

Wait For Service:
Repairman, Deliveries, Utilities
$27.00 per hour

Pet Taxi:
Billed at an hourly rate if expected to stay with pet.
$17.00 one way / $27.00 round trip

Pet Sitting:
We will feed and water your pets.
1-3 pets : $17.00 first visit and $15.00 per additional visit per day
4-6 pets : $27.00 first visit and $19.00 per additional Visit per day

Hours of Operation and Rate Information

Have a special request - the sky's the limit! If it's legal, ethical and doable - we'll take care of it!

Services are available M-F booked in advance. Office hours to schedule services are Monday-Friday,

8:30 AM - 5 PM unless otherwise posted.

Additional premium for weekend service and any time before 8:30 AM or after 5:00 PM Monday - Friday.

$17/hour additional premium for service on holidays.

Payment

Hourly errand fees do not include the cost of any items purchased or extra services incurred. You have the option of providing cash, check, or pre-purchasing items with your credit card for purchases we will pick-up for you.

· Payment for all à la carte service is due upon completion.

· Any additional service charges incurred on purchased items will be due upon completion of services.

Conditions

Errand services are 1/2-hour minimum and are billed in 15-minute increments.
We prefer that you provide at least 48 hours lead-time on all requests. We will always do our best to fulfill requests for service as soon as possible on a first come, first serve basis. Cancellation for services must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Emerald Coast Errand Service holds the right to refuse any business it feels is unsafe and/or unsuitable for its employees.

Emerald Coast Errand Service reserves the right to make all final decisions on services and related costs.

A $25.00 fee will be charged on all checks returned for non-payment insufficient funds.

Emerald Coast Errand Service is not responsible for cost of third party services rendered, unless otherwise arranged, and does not guarantee third party services.
